Hello,

I needed to upgrade my iPAQ to Pocket PC 2002. Before the upgrade, I
made a complete backup of the data. Now, I cannot restore the files.
I get a "selected backup file is not valid" message. I usually sync
with my work computer and I am currently at home using a different
computer which I have not synced with.

Please help!

You can not restore, because the system (installed system files, RAM
and ROM mapping) is a quit different one now. Try STG Viewer to
manually copy the files out of the backup file:

There are surely some programs for the Windows databases as well, but
I don't know of one because until now I've had no need for that.
