If you are talking about phospher aging, on a Mass scale I'd say develop a
jig where you have a camera pointed at the screen in question that develops
a 100% picture on the plasma screen in question then invert the video to age
the parts that are not aged so the screen phosphor aging evens out. Will
probably take a week for each screen.

The alignment requirements for the camera to generate the image
are way too difficult.

I have a pair of much better ways.

There are different ways to do it depending on the TV and the equipment you
can use to fix it.
I've seem it fixed by simply displaying a solid white screen (use a PC or
something) for 24 hours.
Maybe go to your local GoodGuys and ask them how they reverse the burn-in on
their store units, maybe they have some ideas.

Connect the plasma screen to a computer.
Increase display resolution to the maximum supported by the screen.
Increase the screen brightness and contrast levels to maximum.
Launch JScreenFix. (http://www.jscreenfix.com/)
Allow JScreenFix to execute for 6 hours and observe the results.
Repeat if necessary.
