I have a HP PSC 1600. I get emails for ppl and some times I want to print the article. When I hit print it makes the ding ding sound. I was wondering what do I need to do.

The ding sound? As in the sound when you connect a new device?

Is the printer installed? Is it selected as the default printer?

Instead of clicking the print button, go to file-->print. Is your printer the one selected?
If yes, click print from there. Does it work?
