CPU for TYAN Tempest i5000PW (S5382)

I am first time on this forum, Hi to everyone

I have Server Motherboard TYAN Tempest i5000PW (S5382) and I would like buy CPU and RAM for this hardware. Can anybody help me with this, I was thinking about:
Intel Xeon 5060 Dempsey Socket LGA771 Processor BX805555060P, 3.2 GHz, 1066MHz FSB, 2x2M L2 Cache, Dual Core, 64-bit, VT, HT, XD-bit

but I am not sure if I can use 64-bit CPU with this motherboard.
