Looking at a late Q4 07/early Q1 08 rollout it seems. Clockspeeds in the range of 2.0 - 2.6GHz for QC and 2.2 - 2.8GHz for DC have been mentioned.

More important than the names, (like last weeks F1 fiasco in canadiastan)are the dates and clockspeed you pointed out. But the good news is that it is the inquirer reporting, so there is just as good a chance as not that those numbers and dates are all bogus, and we'll see something with higher clocks sooner. On the bad side it is the inquirer reporting, so we may see somthing even slower, even later.
