Looking for a word or sequence combiner

I am looking for a script that generates phrases from a list of comma seperated characters or word blocks (Eg. 123, south, north, North, porsche, etc...). We have been tasked with trying to recover an encrypted docx file and have been give a list of 15-20 words and number sequences that contains the password we're looking for. If we can find a program that can generate a random phrase list from this or any other list (eg. south123north123porsche), we can use the results to create a custom dictionary for use in any one of the freely available password recovery tools...Any help would be appreciated.
