How can I fix "Firefox stopped working error" ?

Do you have the most recent version? If so, try rolling back a version.

If you have any add-ons, see if u have updates for those.

You also should remove your email address from your post. That's just asking for SPAM.

I do have the most recent version of Firefox. And I don't have any add-ons.

Now the troubleshooting guide in inaccessible. Is there anyway to find my bookmarks if I can't get on Firefox? I'm in big trouble without them.

I just started getting this error too. It's only just started happening to me. I uninstalled Firefox 5 and reinstalled FF4, same issue.

I uninstalled everything firefox related I could find re-installed FF5 and still the same issue.

I haven't found a single solution to this on either the firefox forums/support pages or anywhere else. It's becoming annoying, as I despise using IE as it's incredibly slow and buggy on my laptop.

But, it's what I'm being forced to use currently.
