cannot configure power options for standby or hibernate. the option id shadowed as though unavailable. how can I ge to work like on my other computer. I installed the same xp os from a cd with a multiple license. options work on one computer but not the other.have tried nearly everything....HELP

reset the admin password and try. Also, create an other admin account and try with the new account.
