In windows explorer we:

1. Select "View"
2. Select "Choose Details"
3. Check "Date Accessed

After a repair and new installation the "Date Created" in Explorer showed the date of the settup and not the date of picture taken although it did before the "crash".

How do we get the Date Created to be the date created?
