I have a Dell computer that's running Win98. However, the computer came with an XP licsence and Key Code sticker.

How can I upgrade to XP?

Thanks for the reply... BUT, I've been told there's supposed to be a FREE way of doing this online... I'll keep your suggestion handy though!!!

There is a free way. Borrow a Dell Windows XP CD that matches the Windows type (Pro or Home) on your Product Sticker.
