Personal security

I am trying to uninstall "personal security" but every time I click on the uninstall program the "personal security" malware blocks it. HELP!

I have Try RKILL & Malwarebytes Anti-Malware. on my pc, I used it last time to remove it. This is a new version of the virus. It will not allow me to run Try RKILL & Malwarebytes Anti-Malware. or any other program to remove it

It also will not let me get into the registry

Have you tried entering safemode? tap f8 while the computer is starting up... then try malwarebytes

Yes I did and it worked, didn't have time to post. Thanks for the help though. Ran the malware and avenger but you still have to go in and search for traces. Thanks Youngster.
