Problem installing programs.

Recently I've been trying to install some programs, and the
installsheild wizard has appeared but before it finishes I get the
error

"An installation support file
'C:\DOCUME~1\user\LOCALS~1/Temp\{2b7bdadb-ec8c-4c54-b5dd-ce45a016d3a7}\_Isres.dll'
could not be installed. The system cannont find the file specified"

I've got this for a few files I've tried to install. Any help would be
really appreciated. thanks.

Hi,

Open My Computer - Right click on the C:\ drive and select Properties.
Click on Disk Cleanup. Put a check next to "Temporary Internet Files"
and "Temporary files" then click OK. Reboot and retry the install.
