Uninstall google

I have a new compatable dell for windows 7. I try to run the disc. my pc will not let me download until I remove Google which is now in the pc. How do I remove the installed Google? Thank You;Hoyt Hunt

Google has nothing to do with preventing downloads from happening.

How do I remove the installed Google?

If google toolbar is installed, it can be removed in Control Panel>Programs and features.
