Shut down and restart

When I play games on Facebook, why does my computer all of a sudden without notice shut down,, then it restarts again? Also I get this error message,,, this page is recovered,, debug

Is that the only time that it restarts?

Download a program called speedfan, and keep an eye on your system temps.
