I KEEP GETTING AN ERROR THAT IT CAN NOT CHECK LICENCING FOR THIS COMPUTER I HAVE TRIED STARTING IN SAFE MODE AND I CANNOT GET IT TO .PLEASE HELP IF U CAN

i really have no clue what that said i can not even start in safe mode

It's not telling you to go to safe mode, it's saying to boot into the repair console. To do this, you need to get into the BIOS (tap delete on startup), and make your optical drive the 1st boot device. Insert your OS disc, and restart. Use the 'R' option to get into the repair console.

Then follow the directions from nightowl.
