Yes I did mean the E4300, just a typo. As far as I know there is no 4400.
Also, what's so much better about the P35? Price of the PSU is about €100 so I'm pretty satisfied with that.
There is a E4400! It has the same FSB of 200Mhz and a multiplier of 10 instead of 9 that the E4300 has. They overclock about the same %, but it always depends on the specific cpu you get.
About the P35: it is the newest intel chipset and it supports the 45nm cpus that are coming from Q4 2007 or early 2008. It is meant as future proofing, in case you want to upgrade in one year or in 18 months from now. Mobos from both Asus and gigabyte based on P35 seem very stable and are very good and cool overclockers according to tests and reviews. As i said, if you can afford the extra 10-20 euros get it, otherwise you are ok with the P5B.
About the OCZ: It is a good psu, manufactured by FSP. But it lacks a surge suppressor, which at this price point is something you should definitely get. Also it doesn't live up to its nominal specs. My humble opinion is that with a Seasonic S12 E+ 500, 550 or 600W or with a Corsair 520HX or 620HX you would be much, much better at about the same price point. You might think that since it is a 600W psu it should be better that the Seasonic 500W or the Corsair 520, but this isn't the case here. For the Seasonics and Corsairs the model name is the true wattage, for the OCZ i'm afraid it isn't.
Anyway, this is my opinion. I'm very careful with PSUs because they have been the cause of many wasted hours of troubleshooting and many destroyed parts, especially for the last 5 years that pcs have grown into power hungry beasts. In the end though, it's your decision...
Good luck
