Printing issues

Hi i have a server running windows 2008 with 10 computers connected to it and an epson printer as well when i go to add a user for printing that is fine but i need to keep adding the same user oover and over again to print things out, i have checked and the allow users to print is ticked on windows 2008 but i have a message which reads.
the printer will not be available when the computer is sleeping or turned off does this have anything to do with it becasue it is getting really anoying now.

is ur network running as a domain or a workgroup?

Hi newcomer and welcome to the Tom's hardware forum.

I think that the problem is 'cause the computer isn't a member of the domain.
