ok quick question

What the hell is SSP PCI-E & MCP PCI-E they both have dif clocks speeds when n tune fine tunes then instead of stay on default 3000/3000 they go up to a massive

3900/4150 is this ok or should i stop useing n tune cos it seems to suck
