every time i log in to my computer i see my wallpaper, but no icons. no desktop at all. i am only able to cntl-alt-del to do anything (including getting on the internet to type this). this just happened. i am running windows xp and don't have my recovery disk (lost in my move from nc about a year ago). please help. i'm not a computer guy and i really need some help here since my wife needs this computer for work. thanks in advance.
