Vista SP1 RAID issue?

I configured my computer with a JBOD/RAID configuration and installed Vista 64-bit. It ran just fine until I installed SP1 for Vista 64-bit. I installed SP1 and shut the computer down for the night, when I turned it back on the next day my RAID configuration said the drives were offline. I went into the configuration and it would only see one of the two drives I had. I re-configured the RAID and had to reinstall Vista. Everything was fine. Then I had to reinstall SP1 to get some games and programs to install, shut the computer down and the next day my RAID was offline again. Has anyone else had this problem? Is there a way to reconfigure the RAID to get back up and running without reinstalling everything again?

Within BIOS. Then configured it through the utility that shows up during POST.
