ATI cards with nforce chipsets

Currently in the process of upgrading one part at a time, starting with the replacement of my 7600 GT with a ATI card.


My only question is how well, if at all, will the ATI card function with nforce4 chipset on my Asus P5ND2-SLI board? I expect a small performance drop but nothing too serious considering it's temporary.

That nForce4 chip has nothing to do with your ATI card.
You won't notice any performance drop at all! 8)
There was a article about that a month ago.

Oh really? That's awesome. I was only concerned that for the brief period of time between upgrading my video card and my mobo I'd run into problems.
