got a new build planned but im unsure of what ps to get, like everyone else. current specs are as follows:

q6600
8800gts 320
2-3gb ram
74gb raptor +external harddrives
7.1 sound card
32" sharp aqous lcd.

I will not be oc'ing or watercooling.
tentatively decided on a p180 case but ill take suggestions.
video/picture editing, music, couple games and the net are what keeps me busy. multitasking is a given.

thanks

Any quality psu in the 500-600w range should be plenty. The 180 is a nice case,a pain to run cables/wires in,but still nice.

do you think the aquos will do any good forcomputer system? I thought LCD Tv is not 100% compatible with PC in terms of resolution choice etc....

certain of it. my friend is running one of the new samsung lcd tv's with his 8800 gtx and it looks/runs great. He's got a 26" so I dont think there would be any difference running a 32". If i were to buy a cheap walmart brand then we would probably have a problem but Sharp makes a good product.

Using that 26"... what kind of resolution did you friend use? I'm really interested with it as the price for LCD TV still much more affordable....
Also the Samsung... is it 1080p or 720p?

I use the computer for office a lot as well... so, except from gaming, does it work perfectly in normal windows as well?
