Vista "Blue Edition"...

So I'm going to be ordering the parts for a new computer soon & my friend (who now has windows 7) is offering me his 32-bit Vista Ultimate "Blue Edition" as he calls it. What exactly is the "Blue Edition"? Is it a torrent or is it a legitimate copy of the OS from Microsoft; a legal one? Because I don't want to be using a torrented OS on my new computer, I'll just buy Windows 7 64-bit OEM instead if this is so.

Yah, that's what I was thinking too cause I can't find any legit information from Microsoft on the subject...
