no offence arges86 but a admin account can be deleted

In most cases when your admin is deleted it can't be recovered. You can just create a new admin account for you. Your data that was on your account however won't necessarily be gone. If you log onto another admin account on the computer you should be able to access your date. Backup and copy it as you see fit, recreate your admin account and copy the date shout if you need more help
