Well, that is very little information to go on. Try unplugging the system from the wall for a minute or two. You might remove the battery and reset the CMOS jumper to default system BIOS, instruction in MB or system manual. Perhaps try reseating the RAM and video card. Beyond that, it could be any number of things causing it.

Without any fans or beep code, I'm thinking PSU.
