Buying from Newegg & Alienware website from outside the USA

hi every one
I posted a thread a while ago asking about the components of the computer I am planning to build. When I visited Newegg to purchase the components I need I was surprised that I couldn't find my country (In the Middle East), but I only found USA States. Does that mean that I cannot order things and ship them to my home through Newegg ?!?

Plus, I am planning to buy an Alienware Laptop also, so is it possible to order & customize a laptop from the website, or is that possible for USA residents only ?!

I've recently contacted Newegg customer support (and CompUSA's) and they both told me that they do not accept international orders at this moment. In order to order from them, you must have an american issued credit card - or a PayPal account linked to an american issued credit card - and a U.S. shipping address.
