Unable to go to hyperlink in email

i have an xp machine - with outlook ver 6 - when i get an email that has a link in it i am unable to execute that link - same problem trying to unsubscribe to emails.

Hi!

In Outlook Express. Go to Tools/Options and click on the Read tab. Make sure there is NOT a tick in "Read all messages in plain text".

If don't work...

Open Windows Explorer
On the Tools menu / Folder Options / tab kind of files
Locate the extension: URL
Click ADVANCED
Select the action OPEN and click EDIT
In Application used to perform action, type: rundl32.exe shdocvw.dll, OpenURL% |

Confirm the settings on the OK button, all the windows.

Open Outlook Express and check the opening of links.
