I have tried Amber Advantage and it does exactly what I want, but I can only get a hold of the trial version and it will only open the first 10 records of any file. I would love to get the full version, but I can't find a place to buy it or download it.

Every link that I have seen like this takes you to Digital River where it informs you that the software is no longer available.
