Get DDR800, if you are aiming for 400+Fsb 1:1.

looks quite good, i think corasirs Value RAM is currently cheaper, and it OC very well, my Corsair value RAM (677) is clocked at 833, and thats a automatic increase by my Motherboard software, manully i could get it higher.

if you on bodget i would go for a e4400 but a Gigabyte DS3 instead.
