Hi, My nephew watched Mr. Bean movie in avi file last week. He used his usb stick to download it in the pc. When I arrived in the evening, strange thing happened. I couldnt sign in to the administrator account! It seemed that the pc forgot my pw. I tried to delete the avi file from the guest account but windows said cannot be deleted the path cannot be found. Mine is windowsxp and I dont know how will I be able to retrieve my files in admistrator account. Im clueless and helpless..pls help me.

Use a CD called "hiren's boot", this reset your password from XP and you can enter as administrator.

Thank you for your help but I guess Im not a tech-savvy. I did download the hiren's boot but I dont know how to transfer it to cd. Also the hiren's boot I downloaded consisted of many sub folders I dont know which one to open. Please help me. Thanks in advance for your help.

Ok, just burn how a normal CD. You only can access to all tools booting from them. So, burn it like a data cd and boot from this.
