if your computer boots into windows you can double click on my computer icon, then right click on c drive look for properties click on that, click on tools then select error checking make sure both boxes are ticked then reboot your computer and let it run the test at the statr up, it should help if files are missing.

The system boot files are missing or corrupt. Boot to Windows CD. Enter first repair console. Type FIXBOOT at the command prompt. This should repair the boot files and allow the system to load to desktop.

reboot your system

When OP boots his system the error he gets is: system32\Drivers\Ntfs.sys. The machne will not boot and will not load the OS, rebooting does nothing. The likely problem is a simple repair of the system boot sector like I suggested. :)
