HI FIRST TIME ON THIS SITE SO BEAR WITH ME . I AM BY NOOOO MEANS A COMPUTER TECH. SO ANYWHO , I AM HAVING MAD PROBLEMS WITH MY COMPUTER !! IT FREEZ'S UP LIKE EVERY FIVE MIN'S. AND WHEN THAT HAPPENS THE BOTTOM TASK BAR/START MENU /TABS NOTHING WELL WORK , I THEN GO TO TASK MANAGER AND TRY AND SHUT DOWN WINDOS AND TASK RUNNING FROM THERE I GET THE PROGRAM NOT RESPONDING END NOW DEAL AND IT WORKS MAYBE 1 OUT OF 20 TIMES USUALLY I HAVE TO SHUT IT DOWN MANUALLY AND UNPLUG MODEM AND COMPUTER AND START IT AGAIN WHICH IT TAKE HELLA LONG TO COME BACK ON AND THEN IT WORKS FOR 5 MINS TO AN HR . DON'T KNOW WHAT TO DCO OR HOW TO FIX HELP PLEASE !! HOLLY :cry: HOLLYKNOWSHOW@YAHOO.COM

Check the process tab in the task manager to see if one of those processes is hogging the CPU.

What antivirus do you have?
