Can anyone please tell me if there is anyway to dual boot a system but instead of selecting the system when the computer is first turned on you just hold [F7] or something else to boot XP but if [F7] isn't held it boots Windows 7.

Your question isn't clear, i understand that, when you press F7 the PC boot with XP, if F7 isn't press, them boot with win 7. I'm right?
