Services, which includes service manuals for all of their products. Then pay
their bill. The service companies all do this for the service literature
from RCA and other manufacturers. It is part of the overhead of doing
business servicing our customers.

Nope...
Still have six weeks before I can't send the set back.
If I can't get it working how I want it, I'll just get a refund and buy
somthing based on a reasonable companies chassis.
