Any Direct x10 Card with Only 300W? or less

Not possible to run a 8xxxx card on 300W PSU. you need atleast 500W and 30A in the +12 line.

Shadow, were did you get your info? Both the 8500GT and 8600GT can be run on a 300 watt PSU with 18 amps on the +12v rails. His Dell PSU has that (I have the same one so don't claim I'm wrong). Also keep ion mind the fact that Dell underrates their PSUs so his is more like a 375 or 400 watt. Which would allow him to run an 8600GTS. The XPS 400 comes/came with a 375 watt unit and people have put 8800GTS' in those systems. Any of the ones I stated above would work in your system except the 8800.

so your sure about this? I just dont want my video card to fry up everything. I have a 305W

Check out the new 24/2600 series from ATI also, haven't seen the benchies but they barely draw 30w from ATI's claim.

I have a Dell E521 with the 305w psu (22amps). I run an XFX 8600GT XXX with no problems. The GTS can also be run with an additional connection from the card to the psu.

8600GTS-47w connection to psu needed but works fine

Other people run 7900GS's no problem
Some even run 7950GT's but I wouldn't do that, but it's been done

Dell XPS's run 8800's with their 375w psu

the 8600GTS would run on a 300W, it draws just a little more than the7600GT
