I noticed that WRLH-DT, Sinclair's Fox affiliate in Richmond is now on
Comcast cable.

Locally, that leaves only PBS and UPN in analog.

Progress, slow but sure.

True, but neither the PBS (WCVE, WCVW) or UPN (WUPV) are broadcasting an HD
at this point.

Supposedly UPN sources Enterprise in HD and PBS sources several programs in
HD as well.

But now that Enterprise is cancelled, who cares.

What's the scoop on WUPV-DT... I certainly can't get an OTA signal and I
don't know anyone who can.

Are they up? I thought everyone needed to be up DT by now.
