If i have a virus in my driver can i delete my drivers and reinstall them?

Hello,
i have a virus ( Win32/Alureon.F ) and its in my win 32? or whatever. i have a cd for driver installation can i delete my drivers and just put in the cd cause if i delete the virus it just moves an renames itself

Boot into safe mode with networking. Download, install, and update malwarebytes. Do a full system scan. If you've got a virus, it should remove it.
