Undeleteable from recycle on Windows Vista

I had a downloaded mpeg file that I was not able to delete. The deletion dialog box just stod there, an nothing happened. I then downloadet the freeware MyUnlock. After installation I right-clicked on the mpeg file an choosed Unlock. Now I succeeded in recycling the file, but guess what! Now I can't remove the file from the recycle tray, and neither it can be unlocked.
Any help out there?

Let us check if we are able to remove the file using Disk cleanup.

Make sure that you have placed a check mark while in the desk cleanup window.
