Please help

i've been having problems downloading the new adobe flashplayer, after attempting to download adobe flashplayer it says it has been installed. However i still cant view videos, instead i get a message popping up saying i need to downlaod the new version of flashplayer. Can anyone please help? any info would be much appreciated.

If you weren't, make sure you get v.10.1 from here.

#1 What browser are you using?
#2 Is the browser 64-bit?

There's IE and non-IE versions of flash player. If you are using Internet Explorer, then you need the IE version. Other browsers, such as Firefox, use the non-IE version.

If you are using a 64-bit browser, then you need to install the beta "Square" version of flash, since the standard flash player only work with 32-bit browsers.
