The Issue:
Access Control not working.

The Setup:

The network consists of 7 systems on wired network and 3 systems on wireless network.
The ISP has given me a router (router 1). An output from router 1 is given to the wireless router (router 2). This handles the 3 wireless systems. An output from router 2 is given to a switch, which handles the 7 wired systems. All the systems run on Win Xp Pro and there is no domain setup

Tech Details:

ISP Router:
Zyxel Prestige 600 series (Model No 660R-61)
IP Address: 192.168.1.1 (Default Gateway)

Wireless Router:
Linksys WRT54G (Firmware Ver 7.00.6)
IP Address: 192.168.1.2

Switch:
Linksys Cable/Dsl 8port switch (Model No BEFSR81)

Systems:

Wired Network : 192.168.1.4 thru 192.168.1.10
Wireless: 192.168.1.11 thru 192.168.1.13
The DNS for both the wired and wireless systems is given as 203.145.184.13 and the subnet mask is 255.255.255.0

Could someone please guide me as to how I need to configure router 2 so as to have Access Control, and limit the hours of internet access or deny sites by their name. I logged into router 2 and set the parameters for these, by referring both IP address of the system and MAC address of the system, but in each case there seem to be no effect at all. Do I need to change the Network setup? If so how?
