Difficulty opening programs

Hi fellas, there is something wrong with my Vista-64 where when I open anything I get this screen pop-up asking this:

"Open With

Choose the program you want to use to open this file:

Recommended Programs"

Usually the reason for it doing this is because you dont have the program installed to open the kind of file you are trying to get access into. If you do think you have the program installed to open the file you are trying to get into, browse threw the files and find the program and try opening it

Yes but I can't do this for every file, movie, audio, etc, etc.....
