I have a customer that has exchanged running on their server. The hard drive on the server, was filling up. So I setup archiving in the workstations. The problem is the pst file is empty and the server has more space. Where did the messages go. My customer needs an email from a year ago.

Maybe the real .pst file was save in another location of te HDD. Sometimes, the e-mail is storage in a diferent location, not the default.
