How do I uninstall pesky games & programs that come stock on windows 7? I can't find any option to!

Yes, I did but that doesn't actually uninstall them.

just delete all the shortcuts.
an advanced way is to search for the actual .EXE and delete it specifically.
I wouldn't.

But I'm trying to save disk space

Try using Revo Uninstaller. If it's actually an installed application, it will be listed there. Revo will also give you the option to remove leftover registry entries.
