I sure do hope someone can help me understand what's going on with this computer of mine... I have Win XP service pack 2 and for whatever reason when I open my ADD/REMOVE programs... there's nothing that comes up...AT ALL... it's not listing ANY of my current programs... I recently downloaded a limited version of an anti virus program and the time is almost up... so I wanted to go ahead and get rid of it considering it hasn't really worked right and don't particularly care for it... What can I do? Thanks Tanya

How long are you waiting for the list to appear? Sometimes it can take a short while to catalogue the list from experience, so maybe try waiting a couple of minute and see if anything appears? Try it with the "Show updates" box checked and unchecked.
