Hello, all. I don't know if this is covered by this newsgroup, perhaps
someone can help.

I've been using OE 6 on a Dell system. Everything worked just fine.

I obtained a copy, believe it or not, of Outlook 97, and decided to give it
a try. I decided to scrap it. I uninstalled it completely.

Now, every time I try to forward an article from a newsgroup in OE I get an
error message that I don't have a "simple MAPI mailer" installed.

Is this something I erased when uninstalling Outlook?

Thanks.

Make sure Interet Options -> Programs tab lists Outlook Express as the email

Outlook Express -> Tools -> Options -> General -> Make Default
