My pc hangs everytime on first boot

my pc with xp hangs every time on first boot when I use my keyboard ,but there after restarting it works fine I have tried reinstalling my windows but it remains same.please help

Question is misleading. Hangs when using keyboard? So, system starts without a keyboard? Try a different keyboard, usb if using PS/2.

I ahve the same problem with my razar trantula.. It's been not working when i first boot, but after i restart it works fine.. And i noticed that .. its not.. jsut not working but.. acutally doesnt get any power it seems like becusae none of the lights come on either.
