RAID 0 & Vista, do I need a floppy/pre-install?

About to rebuild a system with RAID 0. The system does not have a floppy drive, but I'm wondering if I can simply load a CD or USB during the install of Vista to load the appropriate drivers? I've seen some pre-install topics, but I'm not entirely sure how to do this without a floppy drive.
Any thoughts?
