Buying a 8800 GTS. Should I jump on this deal?

The BFG GeForce 8800 GTS OC 320MB is at Best Buy for $270 and its 640MB cousin for $350.

First, I'm curious if anyone knows if there are any significant performance gains seen by the overclocked models.

Second, considering the price difference of $80, is it worth spending the difference for the 640MB model. I've heard there is a big difference and I've heard the opposite.

At the moment I only have a 19" @ 1280x1024, but in the near future I may jump up to a 22" widescreen w/much higher resolution, so I want to keep that in mind.

basically a 320 is the same performance roughly as the 640 up to 1900x1200. 22" monitors normally have 1680x1050 so u should be ok with the 320.

Take a closer look at Best Buy, they have the BFG GTS 640 OC 2 for $316.00.
I know it's on back order, but you will get it in a week or two.

Yeah I'm gonna pick up the 8800 gts 640 mb I never believed best buy would have that good of a deal.
