Unable to change screen resolution xp

I just installed fresh copy of win xp professional (sp2) and I was not able to install the drivers as well as not able to change the drivers.

Can any one help me??

You need to install the video drivers for your video card or onboard video (whichever you have). If you have onboard video, go to your motherboard manufacturer's website and download them. If you have a video card, go to that manufacturer's website.
