software to change FSB on-the-fly (from within WinXP)

I've seen people who posted screenshots of some software that allows you to change your FSB from within WinXP on-the-fly, but now that I actually want to try it, I can't find the name of the thing! Can someone post a link or give me the name of it? I have a P5B-Deluxe if that matters.

it usually come with your motherboard, but there noting like good old bios OC'ing

SetFSBu_P5Bdeluxe is what I wanted and it has commandline options as well. I do o/c from the bios, but I wanted an option to change on-the-fly as well.
